For those who are interested in cooperation with our company - please contact us via phone, e-mail or in person in order to set a place and time of a meeting with our expert. Detailed terms of cooperation will be agreed on the meeting and a contract signed. During one of the first meetings we also collect basic documents concerning a running business activity (e.g. NIP (Personal Identification Number) and REGON (the National Official Register of Business Entities) numbers, entry into business activity record, bank agreements, etc.)
For those who just plan to start a business activity, we additionally offer advising on selection of the most appropriate taxation form and accountancy. We also help in handling all Taxation Office and ZUS related registration processes.
Documents concerning the previous month shall be delivered no later than to the 10th day of each month. Out of concern for clientąs convenience, we also offer a possibility of collecting the documents by our employee directly from your company at the most convenient moment- we value each enterpreneur's time!
For the sake of good cooperation, we have prepared samples of some accounting documents - the files are available for download in the Client's Area.
Should our employee find incorectness or lack in the documents recieved , we will contact our client in order to clarify ambiguity and correct mistakes so that the documentation is under the requirements for accountancy documents.
Within a few days upon the reception of the documents, we inform a client about the amount of current month taxes via telephone or e-mail. Additionally, at a client's request, we prepare forms for Taxation Office and ZUS transfers - to be collected via e-mail or in person in our office.
On the behalf of our client, we prepare monthly settlements and after having signed them by a tax payer, we hand them to proper institutions. Documents entered in the books are archived in our bureau, unless a client specifies otherwise. The documents are returned to a client after closing of yearly accounts.
It is also possible to authorise us to represent a tax payer in front of a Taxation Office. This would minimise the need of personal assistance in monthly settlement procedures or potential fiscal control.
